On 1 October 2021 an allotment of 28,450,852 shares took place. We did not participate in the allotment but effectively the % of our voting rights was diluted. This notification takes into consideration the impact of both the allotment on 1 October 2021 and the our recent divestment made. The shareholder is Calculus Nominees Limited and Investec Wealth and Investment is the custodian and the proxy shareholder of the shares. In the previous filing, Investec Wealth in Investment was described as the shareholder and this filing continues under the same shareholder's name for consistency.
