Main Board Listing
Greka Drilling Limited (AIM: GDL), the largest independent and specialized unconventional oil & gas driller in China, is pleased to announce that its Board has decided to pursue a listing on the Main Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange ("SGX") in addition to its existing quotation on London's AIM market. DBS Bank in Singapore has been appointed to advise Greka Drilling in respect of the SGX listing.
The Company is targeting admission to SGX later this year.
Mr. Randeep S. Grewal, Chairman and CEO, commented:
"Following the successful demerger from Green Dragon Gas in 2011, an addition of the 25 new rig fleet in 2012, the subsequent signing of Chinese third party contracts earlier this year, on-going negotiations for a wider pan-Asian business footprint and the relocation of Greka Drilling's corporate headquarters to Singapore this year, the timing is now right to add a Main Board SGX listing that will serve to complement our existing and continued listing in London and our wider growing shareholder base."
