As at 10 December 2015, the Company's issued share capital consists of 594,003,349 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each with voting rights.

The above figure 594,003,349 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
