The Company has today published a circular and notice of an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") in connection with proposals to simplify the internal corporate structure of the Company. A copy of the circular has today been mailed to shareholders and a copy been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and on the Company's website at http://www.gcpuk.com/gcp-infrastructure-investments-ltd/investor-relations/publications/all

Copies of the Circular will also be available from the Company's registered office at 12 Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3RT.
