('Grupo Clarin') announces that Credit Suisse Securities(Europe) Limited (Credit Suisse), in connection with the initial public offeringof Grupo Clarin's ordinary shares (the 'Global Offer'), gave notice on 14November 2007 of its decision to exercise its over-allotment option in respectof 7,190,200 ordinary shares at the offer price of Ps.29.14 per ordinary share. On closing of the over-allotment option, a total of 57,190,200 ordinary shareswill have been sold in the initial public offering, representing approximately19.90 per cent of the issued share capital of Grupo Clarin.
