Grupo Clarin S.A.01 May 2008 Grupo Clarin S.A. announces payment of Cash Dividends On 28 April 2008, Grupo Clarin S.A. (the "Company") informed the Buenos AiresStock Exchange that pursuant to the resolutions passed by the ShareholdersMeeting held on 24 April 2008, as of 6 May 2008 a cash dividend corresponding tothe fiscal period ended 31 December 2007 for an amount of AR$ 48,000,000(Argentine Pesos Forty Eight Million), representing 16.7% percent of the capitalstock of the Company, and equal to AR$ 0.167 per share, will be paid to theshareholders of the company.
