Company and Managers Agree to End Employment Relationship

 

On 2 January 2018, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that Messrs. Alejandro A. Urricelqui, Financial Director of the Company, and Sebastián Bardengo, Corporate Business Manager, ended their employment relationship with Grupo Clarín S.A. by mutual agreement with the Company.
