The following amendment has been made to the Total Voting Rights announcement released on 7 August 2025 at 09:58 under RNS No 4175U.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 152,674,249. The Company has 37,131,456 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Geiger Counter Limited is 115,542,793.

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Geiger Counter Limited announces the following:
As at 31 July 2025, Geiger Counter Limited capital consists of ordinary shares of no par value, with each ordinary share holding one voting right. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 152,674,249. The Company has 37,131,456 ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Geiger Counter Limited is 115,542,793.
The above figure (115,542,793) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in Geiger Counter Limited, or a change to their interest in Geiger Counter Limited, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
