GEIGER COUNTER LIMITED(THE "COMPANY")
Issue of Ordinary Shares
The Company announces that, conditional only on Admission becoming effective, it has allotted, by way of an exercise of 491,116 subscription shares, 491,116 new ordinary shares of no par value (the "New Shares") for cash, at a price of 28.55p per share, a premium to the Company's net asset value. The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
Applications have been made for the New Shares to be admitted to The International Stock Exchange's Listing and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's SETSqx platform ("Admission"). Admission is expected to become effective, and dealings in the New Shares are expected to commence, at 8.00 a.m. on 7 December 2020.
Following the issue of the New Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 93,177,727 ordinary shares and 36,928,988 subscription shares, none of which are held in treasury.
