This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules of the London Stock Exchange.
On 12 October 2010 the Company was informed by Fairview Asset Management ("Fairview") that, on 8 October 2010, Fairview had acquired a total of 5,300,000 ordinary shares in the Company and that, following this acquisition, it is now the beneficial owner of 5,300,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 3.03% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
On 12 October 2010 the Company was also informed by Mr Evangelos Nikolakakis that, on 8 October 2010, Mr Nikolakakis had acquired a total of 7,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company and that, following this acquisition, it is now the beneficial owner of 13,564,503 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 7.76% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
