Matchtech Group PLC26 January 2007 26 January 2007 Pre Close Trading Update and Board Changes Matchtech Group plc, one of the UK's leading technical recruitment companies,will announce its interim results on 25 April 2007. Ahead of this, the Companytoday announces a trading update, together with details of a change in the rolesand responsibilities of two of its Directors. Trading The Board is pleased to announce that trading continues to be strong across allthree of Matchtech's operating sectors, Engineering, Built Environment andSupport Services. Net Fee Income ("NFI") in the first five months was over 28%ahead of the same period last year. Market conditions remain strong and thereare good growth opportunities open to the Company. This gives the Boardconfidence in Matchtech's prospects for the full year. Board Change Adrian Gunn, currently Deputy Managing Director and Sales Director, is to takeover the position of Group Managing Director with effect from 1 February 2007.Adrian takes over from Paul Raine, who remains on the Board as ResourcesDirector, with responsibility for IT, operations, marketing and legal. George Materna, Chairman of Matchtech, commented: "I am pleased to report that we have made a strong start to our life as apublicly listed company and that trading continues to be strong across thebusiness.
