BLOCKLISTING APPLICATION
Application has been made to AIM for the blocklisting of 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, subject to the future issues under the matching element of the Company's Share Incentive Plan. The Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, and admission is expected to occur, subject to allotment, on 4 June 2009.
