Dermot Smurfit's shareholding in the Company was previously notified as being 7,367,350 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. Following the identification of an error in this shareholding, Dermot Smurfit's shareholding in the Company is 7,326,975 ordinary shares of £0.01 each, representing 13.1% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
