Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company's issued share capital as at 31 May 2020 consisted of 94,932,632 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each, all of which carry one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
