Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces the following purchases of ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each by persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") and persons closely associated ("PCA") on 12 March 2025 pursuant to the Gamma Communications plc Share Incentive Plan established on 6 October 2014. The purchase price was 1291 pence.

The scheme is offered to all permanent employees who have at least one month's service. It enables the employee to purchase shares on a monthly basis which are held in a trust; subsequent sales of those shares receive a favourable tax treatment if they are held in the trust for five years.
