18 May 2022. Galantas Gold Corporation ("TSX-V: GAL; AIM: GAL) ("Galantas" or the "Company") reports that it received notification on 17 May 2022 that on 17 May 2022 Mario Stifano, CEO, bought 20,000 common shares of nil par value ("Common Shares") at price of C$0.49 per Common Share and that on 16 May 2021 he bought 50,000 common shares at an average price C$0.49, representing a combined total of 0.08% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following these transactions, Mr Stifano's interest in the Company is 370,499 Common Shares representing 0.45% of the Company's total voting rights.
