Director Share Dealings
On 18 October 2016, the board of Gear4music (Holdings) plc ("Gear4music", the "Company" or the "Group") was informed that the following Directors sold shares today at 300p per share: Andrew Wass, Chief Executive Officer, sold 400,000 shares and Dean Murray, Non-Executive Director, sold 75,000 shares. The beneficial holdings of Mr Wass and Mr Murray now stand at 7,886,593 and 249,520 shares respectively, representing 39.1% and 1.2% respectively of the issued share capital of the Company.
The board was also informed that Key Capital Partners (Nominees) Limited ("KCP") has today sold 2,000,000 shares at 300p per share. KCP is classified as a Person Closely Associated with Peter Armitage, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and KCP director. KCP acts as nominee for certain funds of Key Capital Partners LLP, a partnership of which Mr Armitage is a member. KCP's interest is now in 829,482 shares, representing approximately 4.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
