Director's Share Dealing
The Company received notification that Robin Taylor, Non-executive Director of Fusionex, acquired 9,006 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 120 pence per Ordinary Share on 28 January 2016. Following the purchase, Robin Taylor has a beneficial interest of 25,669 Ordinary Shares, 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
