Director Shareholdings
The Board of Fulham Shore has been informed that David Page, Chairman of the Company, today sold 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.5p per Ordinary Share. The shares have been placed with an existing shareholder of the Company.
The Company was also informed today that 83,992,731 Ordinary Shares held by David Page were yesterday transferred from his own name to the nominee account of his broker, BNY Mellon Nominees Limited, for nil consideration. In addition, David Page has today transferred 800,000 of these Ordinary Shares into his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) held with A.J. Bell at a price of 16.5p per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this sale and share holding movements, David Page's total beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares is now 83,992,731 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 14.76 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company has also been advised that Nabil Mankarious, Managing Director of the Company, has today transferred 785,000 Ordinary Shares into his SIPP held with EBS at a price of 16.5p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transfer, Nabil Mankarious' total beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 111,759,893 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 19.63 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company has also been advised that Nicholas Wong, Finance Director of the Company, has today increased his shareholding in Risksoft Solutions Limited, which holds 383,336 Ordinary Shares, to more than 20 per cent. As a result and in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies, Mr Wong's disclosable interest in Ordinary Shares has increased by 383,336 Ordinary Shares to 8,750,593 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.54% of the Company's issued share capital.

Fulham Shore was incorporated in March 2012. The Directors believe that there are a number of potentially attractive investment opportunities within the restaurant and food service sectors in the UK.
