In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules sourcebook transitional provision 6,Β Foresight VCT plcΒ advises that itsΒ capital consists of 46,235,252Β shares.Β Foresight VCT plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company's ordinary shares isΒ 46,235,252Β which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or aΒ change to their interest in,Β Foresight VCT plcΒ under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
