Allotment of Ordinary Shares
The Board of Foresight VCT is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offer for Subscription dated 17 October 2008 (the "Offer") that 26,595 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in Foresight VCT plc were allotted on 30 January 2009 at 47.0 pence per share.
Application has been made for the admission of the 26,595 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in Foresight VCT plc to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.
Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now total 463,594 Ordinary Shares. Following this allotment there are now 46,402,385 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
