Foresight VCT PLC01 May 2008 Foresight VCT plc Allotment of Ordinary Shares The Board of Foresight VCT is pleased to announce that in accordance with theterms of the Linked Offer for Subscription dated 22 January 2008 (the "Offer")and the Supplementary Prospectus dated 12 February 2008 that 89,774 OrdinaryShares of 1 pence each in Foresight VCT plc were allotted on 30 April 2008 at62.0 pence per share. Application has been made for the admission of the 89,774 Ordinary Shares of 1pence each in Foresight VCT plc to the Official List of the UK Listing Authorityand to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities. Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now total 3,102,896Ordinary Shares. Following this allotment there are now 47,335,252 OrdinaryShares of 1p each in issue.
