The Board of Foresight VCT is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offer for Subscription datedΒ 17Β OctoberΒ 2008 (the "Offer") thatΒ 5,319Β Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in Foresight VCT plc were allotted onΒ 19Β DecemberΒ 2008 atΒ 47.0Β pence per share.Β
Application has been made for the admission of theΒ 5,319Β Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in Foresight VCT plc to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.
Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now totalΒ 434,804Β Ordinary Shares. Following this allotment there are nowΒ 46,670,056Β Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.Β
