("Fortune Oil" or "the Company")
Notice of Annual General Meeting
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has submitted to the UK Listing Authority two copies of each of the following documents :
1. Notice of Annual General Meeting 2010; and
2. Notice of Availability letter.
The documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

Two copies of the 2009 Annual Report and Accounts (the "2009 Annual Report") were submitted to the UK Listing Authority on 28 April 2010.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting 2010 includes a resolution to adopt new Articles of Association (the 'New Articles') in order to update the Company's current articles of association, primarily to take account of changes in English company law brought about by the Companies Act 2006.
A copy of the proposed New Articles of the Company has been forwarded to the FSA in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.1.2, and will shortly be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility, as detailed above.
The effects of the proposed new Articles of Association are explained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2010.
The 2009 Annual Report and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2010 are available on the Company's website at www.fortune-oil.com
Copies of these documents are available from the Company's registered office at 6/F., Belgrave House, 76 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TQ.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at The Oriental Club, Stratford House, Stratford Place, London W1C 1ES at 11am on Tuesday, 15 June 2010.
