("Fortune Oil" or "the Company")

Correction to Key Performance Indicator ("KPI")

Fortune Oil would like to report an error on the computation of the Total Shareholder Return (TSR) KPI as set out on page 5 in the Company's Annual Report for the period ended 31 March 2014. After an investigation, it revealed that the external third party data provider had miscalculated the figure for the financial period to 31 March 2014 which should have been 107% not 154%.

The Company's KPI is to increase TSR by 15 per cent per year over the long term and this target remained comfortably met for the financial period ended 31 March 2014.

This historical TSR performance graph on p.72 of the 2014 Annual Report has also been replaced.

The 2014 Annual Report available for download on the Company's website has been corrected for this error.
