Application has been made for the admission of theΒ 301,051Β Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in ForesightΒ 4Β VCT plc to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.
Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now totalΒ 593,533Β Ordinary Shares. Following this allotment there areΒ nowΒ 23,734,017Β Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.Β
