DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the wireless telecoms and critical communications markets, announces that the Company has received notification that Michael Tyerman, Chief Financial Officer of Filtronic, has purchased 267,596 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 9.45 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction") on 10 and 11 February 2020.
As a result of the Transaction, Michael Tyerman and related parties have an interest in 338,778 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.16% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
