Total Voting Rights
Toumaz Limited (AIM: TMZ), a pioneer in low cost, ultra-low power wireless communications technology, announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the share capital of Toumaz in issue as at the date of this notice is 1,135,651,456 with each share carrying the right to one vote.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,135,651,456. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
