Toumaz Holdings Limited (`Toumaz Holdings' or the `Company') Placing
Toumaz Holdings, the niche investor that specialises in emerging technologies with strong commercial propositions for the healthcare and electronic sectors, is pleased to announce it has raised £561,631.28 by way of a placing of 9,360,538 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each ('Placing Shares') in the Company at a price of 6p. The placing completes the three-stage fundraising that was previously announced on 16th October 2008 and November 26th 2008 where the shares were also placed at 6p.
The placing is conditional on the Placing Shares being admitted to trading on AIM, following which Toumaz Holdings will have a total issued share capital of 250,077,999 Ordinary Shares. The Placing Shares will, on issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, on 27 January 2009.
The above figure of 250,077,999 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
