License agreement with Quanta Computer

Toumaz Limited (AIM: TMZ, 'Toumaz', or 'the Group'), a pioneer in low cost, ultra low power wireless communications technology, has licensed its Sensium technology platform to Quanta Computer Inc. (TSE: 2382). Quanta, which is the world's largest notebook computer original design manufacturer, plans to use the Sensium, a real-time wireless monitor of the body's vital signs, for home healthcare applications.

The deal includes an upfront licence fee and the initial purchase of integrated circuits for prototyping and marketing.
