Exercise of options and issue of equity

Toumaz Limited (AIM: TMZ, 'Toumaz', or 'the Company'), a pioneer in low cost, ultra low power wireless communications technology, announces that following an exercise of options by a former employee over 1,137,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p in Toumaz,  the Company has applied for 1,137,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 27 August 2010. Following the admission to trading of these new shares, Toumaz will have a total issued share capital of 593,624,726 Ordinary Shares.

The above figure of 593,624,726 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
