Director dealings
Toumaz Holdings Limited (AIM:TMZ, 'Toumaz' or 'the Group'), announces that it was today notified that Mr Winston Wong, Non Executive Director of the Group has purchased shares in the Group as detailed below:

| 5 March 2010 | 100,000 | 6.9 |
These shares were purchased pursuant to an order placed by Mr Wong in November 2009.
Following these acquisitions Mr Wong is now interested in 26,649,302 shares representing 4.5 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Group.
