Board Appointment
Frontier (AIM: FST), a pioneer in technologies for Digital Radio and Smart Audio devices, announces that Paul Taylor has been appointed to the Company's Board as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.
Paul is an experienced Director having worked for over 20 years in the public markets in both Executive and Non-Executive positions. He has been involved in several public listings, fund raises, company acquisitions and sales. He has supported high growth and transformational businesses, including business redefinitions and management restructures.
Paul is currently Non-Executive Director, Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit and Remuneration Committees at Thruvison Plc and Ubisense Group Plc. Previously, he was also a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committees at KBC Advanced Technologies Plc, Escher Plc and Anite Plc. Prior to his Non-Executive positions, Paul was Group Finance Director at AVEVA Group Plc.
