Following this transaction Mr. Serjent's beneficial interest in the Company'sissued ordinary share capital is 216,047 Ordinary Shares representing 0.44 percent of the Company's total issued Ordinary Share Capital. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and to the UK ListingAuthority for 85,000 Ordinary Shares be admitted to trading on the London StockExchange and to the Official List, pursuant to the exercise of options over75,000 shares by Mr I M Serjent, and the exercise of options over 10,000Ordinary Shares by other employees of the company.
