Focus Solutions Group PLC12 July 2007 This announcement replaces RNS Number 7635Z released on 6 July 2007. The original announcement incorrectly stated that "the entire option lapses if the share price of Focus Solutions is below 89 pence per share averaged over a 30 day period prior to 28th June 2008" and should have read "prior to 28th June 2010". Focus Solutions Group plc ("Focus Solutions" or the "Company") Notification of Director Shareholdings Issue of Options At a Board Meeting on 5 July 2007, approval was given for the granting of the following options under the Focus Solutions Group plc 2007 Long term Incentive plan to directors: Richard Stevenson (Chief Executive) - 606,060 Ordinary Shares under the Unapproved scheme, exercisable at nil pence per share. Frank Murray (Chief Technology Officer) - 383,838 Ordinary Shares under Unapproved scheme, exercisable at nil pence per share. Martin Clements (Finance Director) - 404,040 Ordinary Shares under the Unapproved scheme, exercisable at nil pence per share. The options may be exercised between three and ten years after the date of the grant. The options are subject to a stringent performance condition. The options can only be exercised in full if the share price of Focus Solutions exceeds 171 pence per share averaged over a 30 day period prior to 28th June 2010. The entire option lapses if the share price of Focus Solutions is below 89 pence pershare averaged over a 30 day period prior to 28th June 2010. At 89 pence, 10% ofthe option is exercisable, with further options exercisable on a straight line basis up to the maximum at 171 pence. Following the grant of the options, Richard Stevenson holds options over 1,751,754 Ordinary Shares, Frank Murray holds total options over 813,473 Ordinary Shares and Martin Clements holds total options over 833,675 Ordinary Shares.
