Focus Solutions Group PLC06 October 2006 Focus Solutions Group plc ("Focus Solutions" or the "Company") Director Shareholding Following approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 30 August 2006,Richard Stevenson, Chief Executive, has been granted an option to acquire894,762 ordinary shares in the Company for nil consideration. The option is subject to a stringent performance condition. The option cannot beexercised unless and until the share price of Focus Solutions reaches 89p pershare (averaged over a 90 day period). The option is exercisable as to 30% from31 March 2008 and the balance from 31 March 2009. The entire option lapses ifthe target share price is not reached within 91 days of the date the Companyannounces its annual results for the year ending 31 March 2009.
