("Foresight Solar" or "the Company")
RCR Tomlinson Administration
The Board noted the announcement by RCR Tomlinson Limited ("RCR") to the Australian Securities Exchange on 22 November 2018 regarding the formal appointment of administrators. Foresight Solar confirms that RCR was under contract by the Company to provide Engineering Procurement and Construction ("EPC") and Operations and Maintenance ("O&M") services to its Longreach and Oakey 1 assets, both located in Queensland, Australia. The net installed capacity of the projects is 23MW, representing 2.9 per cent of the Company's total 788MW portfolio.
The Company has implemented its contingency planning arrangements and although some delays in the final commissioning of Oakey 1 are expected, the financial impact is expected to be minimal.
