("Frontera" or the "Company")

Successful Fundraising of £2.5 Million via PrimaryBid

Frontera Resources Corporation (AIM:FRR), the European focused oil and gas exploration and production company, announced on 9 February 2018 an underwritten offer to raise approximately £2.5 million (before expenses) at an offer price of 0.466 pence per ordinary share (the "Fundraising"). The Fundraising comprised a fully underwritten offer via PrimaryBid (the "Offer"). The Offer was made exclusively available through PrimaryBid.com.

The Company is delighted to announce that it has successfully raised gross proceeds of £2.5m through the Fundraising. Accordingly, the Company will issue 536,480,687 new ordinary shares pursuant to the Offer.

Issue of Equity and Admission

The Company will allot and issue 536,480,687 new ordinary shares ("New Ordinary Shares") to the subscribers. Application will be made for New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is anticipated to occur on or around 16 February 2018 ("Admission"). The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Following Admission, the Company will have 15,234,893,063 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and accordingly there are no voting rights in respect of any treasury shares. The aforementioned figure of 15,234,893,063 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the disclosure requirements applicable to the Company.
