Frontera Resources Corporation (London Stock Exchange, AIM Market - Symbol: FRR), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, was notified on October 3, 2012, by Andrew J. Szescila, Director, of the purchase of 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this share purchase, Mr. Szescila holds a total of 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
