Formation Group PLC02 July 2007 Formation Group PLC ("Formation" or the "Company") Notification of Interest In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, Formation has received the following notification of changeof interest in the voting rights in the Company's share capital: Texas Holdings Limited confirmed that on 26 June 2007 it sold 3,000,000 ordinaryshares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through the market.Following, the sale Texas Holdings Limited now hold 4,740,000 Ordinary Shares(and hold all the voting rights associated with 4,740,000 Ordinary Shares) thisrepresents 2.41% of the ordinary shares and 2.44% the total voting rights of theCompany.
