FIRST QUANTUM MINERALS TO PAY FINAL DIVIDEND OF CDN $0.0930 PER SHARE

First Quantum Minerals Ltd. ("First Quantum" or the "Company", TSX Symbol "FM", LSE Symbol "FQM") announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a final dividend of Cdn $0.0930 per share in respect of the financial year ended December 31, 2013.

The dividend will be paid on May 6, 2014 to shareholders of record on April 14, 2014. The ex-dividend date is April 10, 2014. 

The final dividend of Cdn $0.0930, together with the interim dividend of Cdn $0.0583 is a total of Cdn $0.1513 for the 2013 financial year. The total dividend paid for the 2013 financial year is 14.3% of comparative net earnings.

The dividends paid are considered eligible dividends for Canadian tax purposes.
