(the "Company") submits its Annual Information Update, following the publication of the 2014 Annual Report which was published on the Company's website on 31 March 2015. This Annual Information Update refers to information that has been published in the UK and Canada.

The Company's shares were admitted to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange on 18 May 2007, having previously been traded on AIM.
