(the "Company") submits its Annual Information Update, following the publication of the 2011 Annual Report which was published on the Company's website on 5 April 2012. This Annual Information Update refers to information that has been published in the UK and Canada.
This Annual Information Update provides information from 20 April 2011 to 20 April 2012. The Company's shares were admitted to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange on 18 May 2007, having previously been traded on AIM.
