First Property Group plc (AIM: FPO), the property fund manager and investor with operations in the United Kingdom and Central Europe, announces that, further to the announcements of 3 September and 18 September 2024 regarding the Group's open offer (the "Announcements"), a Qualifying Shareholder (as defined in the Announcements) has failed to make payment of £64,000 for their Open Offer Entitlement (which they applied for) of 800,000 Open Offer Shares. As a result, these Open Offer Shares have been acquired by Ben Habib pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement (further details of which are set out in the Announcements) at 8 pence per Open Offer Share (being the issue price of the Open Offer Shares).
As a result of this acquisition, the table below sets out Ben Habib's interests in Ordinary Shares of the Group.
