The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Peter Rollings as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 December 2021. Mr Rollings will be a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee from the date of his appointment.

Mr Rollings was a former Managing Director of Foxtons (1997 to 2005) and CEO of Marsh & Parsons (2005 to 2016).

Nigel Rich, Chairman of Foxtons, said:

"Peter's career began at Foxtons in December 1985 and during his 20-year tenure he made a significant contribution to both the growth and dynamics of the business. He then enjoyed a successful career at Marsh & Parsons where he presided over significant expansion and value creation as CEO. He knows both Foxtons and the industry extremely well, making him an important and valuable addition to the Board as we look to accelerate growth. My colleagues and I are delighted that Peter is re-joining Foxtons and look forward to working with him."
