Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

The Company received notification on 16 March 2012 from Mr. J.W. Poulter, a Director of the Company, informing it that, on 16 March 2012, he purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each at 280p per share.

As a result, the total interest of Mr. J.W. Poulter in the Company is 30,000 shares, representing 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
