The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 20 November 2018 at 09.12 under RNS No 8882H
Stephen Harrison's total beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, including those held by his spouse, should be 26,711.
All other details remain unchanged.

Director / PCA Shareholdings
Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 19 November 2018 that on the same day the following share purchases took place:
Stephen Harrison, Chief Executive Officer purchased 2,750 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company at a price of £2.1531
Stephen Harrison's spouse, Linda Harrison purchased 1,850 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company at a price of £2.1531.
Accordingly, Stephen Harrison's total beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, including those held by his spouse has increased by 4,600 shares to 26,711.
In addition to the above, on the same date Stephen Harrison's son Patrick Harrison purchased 450 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company at a price of £2.1426 bringing his total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company to 450.
The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
