Director / PDMR Shareholdings

Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 17 March 2017 that Stephen Harrison, Chief Executive Officer, and his wife had each purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company at a price of 206.75 pence per share.

Following these purchases, Stephen Harrison now has a total beneficial interest (including Ordinary Shares held in his wife's name) of 17,111 ordinary shares in the Company.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
