Director / PDMR Shareholdings
Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 24 April 2017 that the wife of Shatish Dasani, Chief Financial Officer, had purchased 9,450 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company at a price of 210 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Shatish Dasani now has a total beneficial interest (including ordinary Shares held in his wife's name) of 92,783 ordinary shares in the Company.
The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
