Forterra plc (the "Company")
Director / PDMR Shareholdings
Following the maturity of the Forterra 2016 Save As You Earn Scheme (SAYE) on 1 December 2019, the Company was notified by the scheme's administrators, Link Group, of the following PDMR transactions. The PDMR's listed below exercised options over the share capital of the Company as follows:

The exercise price of £1.35 was set upon the launch of the scheme in 2016 in line with HMRC rules.
Shatish Dasani immediately transferred 6,333 of his newly acquired shares to his wife, Mrs Dina Dasani.
The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
